Projects
NOW Annual Conference
Organized a hybrid conference event in 7 weeks. This included; launching and managing a volunteer committee, researching and securing a location, coordinating speakers, development of conference schedule, coordinating onsite volunteers and managing the budget. Ensured a successful event by creating a marketing plan and developing a thoughtful and engaging slide deck which included the coordination of 9 different speakers. Facilitated an action workshop and closing session. Conducted follow up.
Type 1 United Organizational Development
Executed the merging of two small nonprofits. This included defining and implementing organizational strategy, processes and policies including; HR, technology, finance and communication. Responsible for Board of Directors management; providing financial reports, recruiting members and providing on and off boarding.
ConnecT1D Adult Retreat
Coordinated end to end conference for over 75 attendees. Managed all logistics, speakers, vendors and volunteers. Designed all marketing materials and implemented a robust communication plan. Created an inclusive and fun environment for people to connect.
